As Australian agents for Edward William we are usually able to offer cover on Ferro boats and older timber or steel constructed boats often without survey.

We can also offer Third Party only as is now required by Marina operators or, Comprehensive Cover which includes Third Party.

When completing the Application Form please note the following;

• If you require a quotation for THIRD PARTY ONLY Insurance;
  
  
  • Enter either AU$5 million or AU$10 million (which ever you require) in the “Third Party Liability Level” block.
  • Enter a nought in The SUMS TO BE INSURED section.

• If you require a quotation for COMPREHENSIVE COVER INCLUDING THIRD PARTY

• Enter either AU$5 million or AU$10 million (which ever you require) in the “Third Party Liability Level” block
• Complete the SUMS TO BE INSURED section in full.

• The value for Insurance should be the current market value which for a recent purchase is the price paid.
• Be sure about clicking NO for single handed sailing as you will not be covered on that unplanned occasion you find yourself single handing.
• If you live on board permanently tick the “House Boat” box.
• Tick the Night Navigation box for that odd occasion you may be out after sunset.
• BEFORE YOU HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON PRINT A COPY OF THE PROPOSAL FORM FOR YOUR OWN RECORDS.  WE’LL HAVE A COPY ON OUR FILE SO DON’T BE CONCERNED IF YOU CAN’T PRINT.

You will receive a quote directly from Edward William under copy to ourselves and we’ll be able to answer any questions you may have.
